If you believe a page's word banks infringe a copyright you hold, say they reproduce a substantial portion of a proprietary name list, send a notice to [email protected]. Include the specific page, the content you're claiming, a description of your ownership, and your contact details.

Individual names are not copyrightable, so takedowns of single strings won't succeed. But if you believe an entire list duplicates a protected compilation, we want to know.

We review notices within 10 business days. Valid claims get the relevant word bank pulled while we source a replacement. Counter-notices are welcome if you think we over-removed.

Trademark concerns are different from copyright. If you represent a rights holder and object to a franchise name appearing in a page title, write to the same address. Page titles describe the style of names produced, and we will rename or remove a page if a rights holder asks.
